Its homepage does not detail the supervision structure, so the questions to bring are exactly the standard ones — who supervises, on what schedule, and under which employment terms. One caution from this site’s own research: a similarly-named Santa Barbara solo practice at a different domain is a different organization entirely.

A trainee cannot count hours from a private practice or a professional corporation — § 4980.43.3 draws that line, and the trainee rules page walks all seven of the rules that decide whether a placement counts.
